High Rise Developments (Just in Time/JIT) – London Apartments

Over the last 10 years we successfully completed several High Rise schemes within London. During these works, our long-term employees have gained considerable expertise of scheme construction processes, and solid knowledge of the planning around sites with minimal storage.

Each project is subject to pre-planning and detailing of the logistics to ensure we understand the client’s needs. This ethos is deployed whether the package is to supply and fit or labour only.

New Build Homes

We have delivered several new build homes across the UK and are efficient in the delivery and coordination of such stage-built schemes. We’ve worked alongside local authorities as well as most mainstream private developers – on both a labour only and supply and fit basis.

Bespoke and Specialist Fit Out

We started out as a shop-fitting business, working within department stores, restaurants and high-end concierges. Working on contracts with clients such as Wagamama, Lancôme and Selfridges has given us an expert understanding on the delivery of a high-end, fast-track and
specialist fit outs.

We can assist with the design you need – from inception through to completion, and are proud to have complemented some of our apartment fit out projects with these additional services.





Our Team

With a permanent workforce of over 100 highly skilled tradesmen, and a black book of tried-and-tested sub-contractors, a safe and efficient operation is fundamental to us.


This non-exhaustive list gives good insight to the care we take for others.

  • Protective clothing and practices, including Face Fit Testing so equipment is suitable for every individual.

  • All contractors are Pazlode Certified .

  • Delivery of cut-to-size wood and pre-assembled doors to minimise preparation time and harmful waste.







As a carpentry based contractor working with and supplying timber/wood based products, Stratton & Hesler Ltd recognizes that it has a responsibility to the current and future generations. With this in mind we ensure that all sourcing of timber products come from sustainably managed forests, we also aim to stimulate the improvement of forest management and discourage unsustainable timber management practices.

We ensure that the origins of our sustainable timber products are robustly monitored through credible, independent Chain of Custody certifications. We follow systems within the government procurement polices and guidelines, sourcing through the Programmes for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) as well as the Forest Stewardship Councils (FSC).

Strengthening existing skills

By helping established tradesmen with their Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

We are aware of constantly evolving construction techniques with changing industry standards and have a key driving factor to mirror these standards and improve our workforce by helping them develop their skill sets.

We strive to provide training and structured progressive paths to assist the CPD of all.

  • Project Managers are trained to a minimum of SMSTS
  • Site Managers – SSSTS as a minimum with a view to SMSTS as standard

Other key focuses areas of training include:

  • First Aid
  • Face Fit Testing
  • PAT Testing
  • Manual Handling


Training new talent

We understand the associated challenges

increasing demand on the delivery of new home
