This tenure for this project covered both affordable and private builds and required a high level of planning.
We worked very close with all parties to ensure that the requirements of the Catalyst Housing Group were more than just met. We held various sample workshops, coordinated from inception through to completion, and as a result, delivered the project ahead of the intended program.
Our work included:
- Full carpentry and fit out to 54 timber-frame, two-storey houses and 2 coach-style properties.
